From the moment I walked in, I felt safe and well taken care of. The front desk manager and host, Elaine, welcomed me so warmly and made check-in effortless. He provided me with a wonderful room that was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The amenities were excellent—everything was extremely clean, modern, and fresh. I loved the choice of both soft and firm pillows (clearly labeled and exactly as shown in the pictures) which made it easy to get a great night’s rest. The bed itself was very comfortable, the linens were crisp, and the entire room smelled clean with absolutely no odors. Technology-wise, everything was top-notch, and I appreciated how smooth and convenient the setup was. The property itself is very well maintained—safe, well-lit parking, spotless common areas, and a welcoming atmosphere all around. As a solo traveler, I felt secure the entire time. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus, with everything fresh and well-stocked to start the day right. Overall, this is truly one of the best IHG properties I’ve stayed at. I love being an IHG Diamond member because the brand always takes such great care of its guests, and this stay was another reminder of why I remain so loyal. IHG never disappoints, and this hotel stands out for its cleanliness, hospitality, and attention to detail. Highly recommend this property—thank you to Elaine and the entire team for making my stay so pleasant and memorable!
