My original room had a broken refrigerator and microwave. I was told the hotel was fully booked and was only offered a room with twin beds. After speaking with a manager and mentioning my IHG status, I was eventually moved to another room and awarded 1,000 points. However, my concern was never about compensation—it was about receiving proper customer service. Unfortunately, the replacement room presented additional problems, including repeated power outages, non-functioning blinds controlled by a remote that did not work, and the absence of a coffee maker. Even the lobby coffee station lacked basic supplies, such as lids. Although the room itself was clean, nice, and spacious, the number and persistence of these issues significantly detracted from my stay and negatively affected my overall perception of the IHG brand.

The inside is clean and well taken care of. The beds were spotless and the housekeepers were incredibly sweet. You're nearby the interstate entrance so traveling through the town is easy. Plenty of food and a walmart nearby.
