- EAEma AlvaradoFeb 1, 20261.0Very Unprofessional and Unsafe Environment I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this hotel. The staff showed a complete lack of respect for guests’ privacy. Employees openly talked badly about clients in public areas, which is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate for any hotel. What made the situation even worse was a man working at the front desk who harassed my boyfriend. He made us feel very uncomfortable and even went as far as threatening to share private things he had seen or knew about us as hotel guests. This is completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe and violated. Guests should be able to trust that their privacy will be respected, not used against them or discussed among staff. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Privacy, respect, and professionalism are clearly not priorities here.
