- CCCristal ClarkNov 10, 20255.0We came in from Houston for a Funeral and booked last minute. There were only 2 rooms left and I will tell you it was worth every penny. We had a room with 3 beds...yes 3 beds lined up. PLENTY OF SPACE! Breakfast was ok... considering the facts. Front desk staff were VERY informative about everything. I had generators in the back of my truck and with how lit up the parking lot is, and with my stuff chained and locked, I wasn't nervous about my shit getting stolen. It's a small one so there is t loads of traffic and noise. We will be back.
- KSKiley & Yvette SeatonOct 9, 20253.0First of all, we were trying to unload all of our things under the cover at the door of the hotel when a person wedged their large truck in beside us to drop off and pick up some tvs. He said for us to take our time but made it super difficult to maneuver. We ended up moving to keep from our vehicle being damaged. The rooms were clean but the whole place smelled like Indian spices which we do not like. The staff were all friendly and offered suggestions to places to eat and ride our bikes.

Booked through Expedia, checked the box that I wanted to pay upon arrival at the room because I wanted to make sure it was a good location and the room was clean. I noticed that the hotel still charged my card, and contacted Expedia for a refund, who contacted the hotel manager and was advised that the hotel wouldn’t refund me even though the cancellation was well over two weeks in advance!. If this is the way they treat online bookings, I’m certainly glad I got the insurance. I will never stay at a Best Western after this!!!
