  This is nastiness hotel I have ever visited. The floor is sticky. My socks were literally sticking to the carpet. The shower curtain has mildew on it. When I asked for a clean shower curtain, they quickly told me they didn’t have another one. The pillowcases are dirty. I doubt if they change the bedding between stays. I’m not going to mention the tub, that’s a whole other complaint. I will never come here again.

  They STOLE from me! The first time I had stayed here(there were different people at the front desk) it wasnt bad, the place was cleaner and the staff were super nice and helpful. But just a few days ago I stayed and originally booked my room online but the website over liked the room I chose so I just went ahead and paid for another room that was available at the hotel. The girl working told me to have the booking site call her and she would ok the refund, sounds easy enough. Well after some back and forth with the booking website I finally got them to call the hotel to get the refund, and they did approve it. I thought all was ok until I went downstairs to get my key reset and the lady at the desk before I can say anything and before any kind of greeting barks at me "you booked the wrong room type you have to pay another $7 or move rooms." I told her I didn't know I had booked the wrong room type and that I'd go get my wallet and just pay the extra $7. So now I'm thinking things were fine, right? I was very wrong. Well I didn't get the refund in time and ran out of money to pay for my room so I ended up leaving, well as I was packing I had the room door open and was getting things out of the room and she walks by and yells 'this is a non smoking property! There is no smoking here!' Mind you I don't smoke do I have no clue why she said this. I said ok and she goes on to say "and check out is 11" admittedly it was a bit past 11 though I don't remember exactly how far past I don't think it was more than 30min past at this point. I tell her ok I'm almost done. She just stands there forever watching and then finally leaves. A few hours later I'm getting notifications on my phone, she was trying to charge me $50, then $25, then $10, which went through, and then $5, which also went through and the again $7, which also went through. If this was for the deposit that wasn't the card I told them to put it on and the lady that checked me in said she would do it later the day I checked in but I guess forgot I don't know. Either way I feel they stole from me and me and my daughter ended up being in the car that night because she literally emptied my card.

  Clean Hotel! Customer service is great! Every time i come to Dallas this is the hotel i will stay all the time!
