- HSHal Slboot1 day ago1.0My most bizarre motel experience ever. I gave one star because you can't give zero or negative stars. Was towing a UHaul trailer. Awakened at midnight (I was of course asleep) and told to move truck and trailer or it would be towed. There were two other trucks with trailers in parking lot. I asked where to move the truck and trailer. Told not their concern and maybe could park at the nearby Hampton. Walked to Hampton and made arrangements to park. Came back and told desk trailer moved. She said she would refund $10 (Hampton parking fee). Not on my credit card yet. We'll see. In the morning the two trucks with trucks with trailers were still in the lot and had not moved. NO MORE Holiday Inn Express or IHG for me. I'm done. I have been a IHG rewards member for years. I will use my points and never darken the door of one of their sites ever. Why did they not call at a reasonable time? Hampton has earned my business.

- JCJeanette CookMar 2, 20262.0I thought when you check in and you give them a deposit whether it's with money or with your card you still have to pay a deposit a deposit with money is $100 at a deposit with a cord is 50 I never received my deposit back and I've been fighting these people since July of 2025

Check in with Luz was great, the room was very clean thanks to the housekeeper Rocio who did a perfect cleaning both nights of my stay, everything was renovated and the rooms look great, the breakfast was very good, Mr. Jose was very kind and everything was fully stocked for a good breakfast, All the staff were very friendly.
