It's very good because the armchair It converts into a bed and in my opinion, I really like it 👍

For the price of the room compared to nearby ones during a recent show at the Mesquite Convention Center, this hotel was a great experience!
The staff were friendly and helpful without being prompted to do so. The front desk never let me down.

Checked in late night and was warmly greeted by Luz, who was amazing and helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay went downhill from there.
The shower was stopped up, and we had to stand in dirty water while trying to bathe. Although the issue was eventually addressed, it took until the following morning—and by then, we were told we couldn’t remain in that room, even after being previously informed we could. On top of that, I had already made peace with the fact that a roach was in the room—clearly not ideal, but I was trying to be understanding.
When I brought up the issue, a staff member named Abdul was rude and dismissive, questioning me as if I were making it up and asking for photos—as if I walk around with my phone out at night expecting to spot roaches. When I told him I felt he was being a jerk, he suddenly claimed he didn’t speak English.
The manager’s attitude wasn’t much better—nonchalant and defensive. She even tried to suggest nothing was wrong with the tub, despite the fact that we were clearly standing in our own dirt. She then told me I was no longer welcome to continue my stay, citing that I had been “rude,” which was later refuted by another staff member who had been helping me all morning and stated in front of the manager that I had been nothing but respectful.
Had I not been on a tight schedule to close on my home and get to work, I would’ve taken her up on the offer not to stay. I won’t be returning—even though the Executive room layout was perfect for my family.

This place was terrible! Almost everything seemed to be broken. When we checked in, both front desk computers were down. Other things that didn’t work included the “heated” pool (it was freezing cold!), the pool’s key entrance, the USB plugs by the bed, multiple room key cards, the guest printer, and several pieces of gym equipment.
Our room started to smell like urine after the “clean” scent wore off the first night, and we weren’t even given enough towels. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The front desk staff seemed more interested in their phones than helping guests.
It’s falsely advertised as having a heated pool and whirlpool—there’s neither! We definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The bed, with its plush mattress and soft, inviting pillows, was undeniably comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day. Unfortunately, my room was situated right by the highway, and the constant sounds of traffic made it incredibly difficult to drift off into a peaceful slumber. The roar of engines, the blaring of horns, and the whoosh of passing vehicles echoed through the walls, disrupting the tranquility I longed for. No matter how I tried to drown it out, whether by pulling the covers over my head or turning on a white noise machine, the cacophony from the road outside seemed relentless. Despite the bed’s allure, the proximity to the busy highway turned my nighttime routine into a restless challenge, leaving me tossing and turning, longing for a quiet haven where I could finally escape into a deep sleep.
