  Absolutely sick! Called the police after booking a 5 night room before I even arrived!!! It’s not my fault your local Allen numbers go to the Middle East!!!!

  We booked a room with two beds and when we went there to check in they had given out our room! There was a football game going on nearby so they gave the room at a higher rate to someone else, outrageous, needless to say had no where to stay for the night.

  Horrible experience, upon entering food left on outside stairwells, yucky appearance, entered our room, it smelled like smoke, I asked front desk to come smell it, he did and offered us to move to another room, moved to the other room, the hallways smelled like marijuana, entered the room the shower was filthy, I informed the front desk, he told me to use the shower soap to clean it, he did not apologize or anything, I told him to come look at it, he came up ' finally decided to clean it, again no apologies for the inconvenience, so he leaves the room, as I am showering, a BIG cockroach runs by my foot, I said OH HECK NO!!! I DON'T DO ROACHES!!! I said please refund me, and again told him to come to the room to see it, he pulled the icebox away from the wall, and there it was, it ran under the bed,.. he said he would give me a refund, I mist certainly hope they don't charge me.. again NO APOLOGIES,.. nothing Never again. Good luck to whomever stays here

  I made a reservation under my married name, and I swtgggg ill never be back! Did this hotel get ANY training? I made a reservation for 2 days and put in the special accommodations that id check in the next day from 9-11am. I woke up the next day to find the employees canceled the reservation without, fully reading the reservation. To top it off, they charge a $75 deposit "because were a new hotel" and I found food on the mirror, the room smelt like hot cat pee, the light switch was punched in, tape on the bathroom shower AND ITS HOT AS HELL all throughout the hotel. Definitely dont recommend coming here. The front and housekeeping are poorly trained and definetely not held accountable for the hotels expectations.
