  This will be my last time staying at this hotel. I thought I would have a pleasant day, but when I originally checked in the lady that checked me in, I asked for extra blanket. She was very hesitant about giving me an extra blanket and I quote it stated that I am not going to steal it. She gave me a mattress topper instead and then she said well I have to go to the second floor and get the actual blanket and I told her OK well, can you get me one and she was like well the heater is not working in the room I said well no I don’t sleep with the heater on. I sleep with the air conditioner, so can I get an extra blanket? I just felt rubbed the wrong way when I stayed there, but on the second day I was there. It was a lady at the desk. I told her I was having a pleasant stay and I slept well, despite of how I felt when I originally checked in so fast-forward to checkout day, I wanted to use an alternate Method of payment I just felt unhappy when I stayed at this TRU but on the second day I was there. I slept well, despite of how I felt when I originally checked in so fast-forward to checkout day, I wanted to use a alternate payment to where I can divide it up on a gift card and a And a credit card she didn’t know how to do it and how to apply a partial payment to a room in which it is quite simple because I have received gift cards and paid for partial payments at hotels that didn’t require me to use my primary card no one knew how to do it. The breakfast is very mediocre. They don’t have a variety of choices. everybody doesn’t eat sausage and I just don’t like the vibe of the hotel now it’s just I felt like certain guests were respected to a certain extent because the way she asked me when I originally arrived to the hotel is this your credit card she kept just looking at my card and I’m like ma’am. This is my card. I don’t know if this hotel has been burnt by other guests but it just seems odd especially with the lady that’s supposed to be the preferred face of the hotel this will be my last time staying at this hotel. I won’t come back here again. And the three days that I was there, my room was never serviced only trash taken out nothing not even my bed made up. I don’t wait almost 30 to 35 minutes to check out because they were trying to figure out how to apply the gift card that’s a lie from your response. I showed her the full entire card number with the expiration date …I did provide the entire numbers and I don’t have anything to do with may have happened with other Guest. The lady that works in the front desk has this way of talking to certain guests certain way, and it seems like she is suspicious of everybody. I wanted to rightfully pay for my room and that was it.

  We loved our 4 night stay! We were welcomed and the rooms were quiet. The breakfast was diverse but still amazing! We had such sweet guest all around us and it was just a wonderful experience totally recommend!

  The staff was very kind but these hotels should be called “The Dorm Room Collection, by Hilton”. They are SO tiny, no dressers or closets. No in room coffee. Very very small room.

  The person at the desk drew Patel very arrogant and nasty not like other people at any type of Hilton experiences all other places if machines are on for breakfast they understand people having to go to work early 20 min makes a difference we rent 3 to 5 rooms a night with Hiltons cause we travel working so much there is alot of stuff id really like to say but I think we and our company will start looking at other Hotels we have a following for our company of over 30 million people I will be posting this to our company page and our social media accounts, wont ever stay at this place again and we are here till Friday then back to Florida.

  We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Corlis at the front desk was amazing. I actually spoke to her by phone a couple times before arrival and she was there for our check-in. She was sweet, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Lobby is very nice and loved that they have breakfast. We were there for Volleyball and even though breakfast did not start until 7 AM they had several things out early when we left at 6:10 AM including hard-boiled eggs, bread, muffins, and coffee. We were thankful for that. We would definitely stay here again. Great location with several shops and restaurants close by.
