We stayed on the first floor for three nights and saw one in the bathroom and another in the small kitchen area. It was really disappointing, especially for a Hilton property. The main floor was also very dark walking to our room, I felt like I needed to use my phone’s flashlight. They really need to do better.

We were moved again and I noticed that I left my bag in the original room. The maintenance staff was in our room and I asked her to let me in to retrieve my bag. She told me I needed the key to get my bag. I had to argue with her that we had already turned in the key and the room was right next door. She eventually let me in. Also the girl at the front desk is nothing but attitude. Next, the bed and pillows are AWEFUL. I mean I imagine federal prisoners have better sleeping conditions than what we are getting here. The pillows are paper thin and the mattress sags and you can feel the springs in your back. Hilton isn’t what it used to be and this place is indicative of its current downfall.
