- NNNaYFeb 24, 20261.0Checked in 2/23 around 9/10pm. Upon arrival 2 agents were at the desk deep into their screens, no acknowledgement. After awkwardly standing there for a few seconds took a few steps to the male agent which made him look up and pointed to the female agents and said "she will assist you" so we change directions and say hi we are checking in and she says with no acknowledgement or greetings "Id and credit card". Room has already been checked in so she just grabs the keys from the box gives us the keys no confirmation of name, nights, tier level(was platnium elite). Her facial expression looked like she was pissed like she was having a bad day or another guest prior to us pissed her off. I looked around to try to get her name but she wasn't even wearing a name tag. While my boyfriend went to get the bell cart for our stuff I went back to her said "as a platnium elite we would like to chose the points for our welcome benefits" she said "oh yeah". As a person that works in the same industry I wouldn't any of our guests to feel this unwelcome. I pray this was a off day but still shouldn't let someone go feeling this unwelcomed. Room was clean, beds are comfortable through the company so didnt expect anything less. But forgot to mention on our way out that the bathroom door does not close properly.
