Our only issue was that I had booked a "king standard" room and upon arrival late Wednesday night I was told they were sold out of king standard rooms. I didn't quite understand how they could be sold out of something I had already reserved- to me reserving/booking in advance means I'd have first dibs and it shouldn't be sold out from under me. It was late so I just took what they had available but the next morning I spoke with a different front desk employee and she was able to accommodate my request and we were in a king standard for our remaining two nights. The breakfast had many choices but the taste just wasn't quite there. Both of the rooms we lodged in were very nice and clean. If we came back to this area we would stay here again. The only real complaint I have is that the cell service is definitely an issue but that's not the hotel's fault, just the location. The free Wi-Fi makes up for the crappy cell service :)

I believe her name was Dee. Such a lovely human. Lots of amenities nearby. We stopped here to spend the night, rooms were clean and comfortable. They have a good breakfast selection, the kids enjoyed the pancakes!
