Only to come back to check in and hear we were upgraded to a king disability room is laugh able. That isn't an upgrade and we asked for two beds. Yes I was frustrated and the front desk agent told me to calm down, dispute not yelling, and talking with him about how frustrating it was because I discussed it needed to be two beds. But thank you holiday inn for hiring an agent to tell me to calm down. I only wish I acted the fool so at least it would be warranted.

I got a better experience with cleanness at Laquinta - low key. Brought it up to manager but only refunded one night. Really disappointed for the area; expected more. Staff was okay.
