Breakfast was mediocre...- The pancakes were horrible - about 1/32" thick... rolled out like being pressed through rollers & looked like thin shoe rubber. The sofa settee upholstery was stained & dirty looking. This couple (me & hubby) were put in a room on the 3rd floor & directly above us - on the 4th floor was someone (man) who "stomped, when he walked at midnight EVERY NIGHT" and about 6:00 a.m. every morning for over a week (he must be relative of manager/owner) who lives there in the Hotel. The piping for shower water is inadequate... as water takes several min. to warm up & between 3-7 pm... the water goes from very cold to very hot. We will never stay in a Holiday Inn Express again if can help it (this was our 1st). So Buyer Beware!

I asked to get some from another room. They said they were booked up. I asked to get some from the public restroom downstairs and they said no because it is a different kind. So I am in a hotel room and have to get up and go to a gas station in the middle of the night in a strange city to use the bathroom?!?!? Zero stars!!!! Worst service ever! I have had better service at the motel 6.

I've stayed here twice within a years timespan and it has been clean, quiet, smells great, nice music plays in the halls, and the staff is kind. Very easy-going and pleasant atmosphere. There are resteraunts within walking distance, as well. The only room for improvement would be breakfast. There is a lot of potential and I hope to see the quality of it exceed my expectations upon my next visit. Otherwise, you will not be disapointed by this location. Great hotel.
