    The hotel is in need of updating. Carpet was stained so not sure if that was dirty or stained. We checked in during the evening after a long drive only to get up the next morning and find that our room had no hot water for showering. We had to change rooms so that meant packing 3 days worth of clothes and moving to another room and unpacking AGAIN. The hotel only refunded $50 off the room. We missed an important event with our son, his new bride and her family that morning. They just bought a home in Mckinney so we will be going often but not staying here.

Loved the app-operated guest laundry—because doing laundry with technology somehow feels less painful 😄 Fast Wi-Fi, so no buffering, no stress, no complaints. Free breakfast to start the day right and free parking to end it peacefully—what more does a traveler need? I came, I stayed, I was comfortable, I was fed. Didn’t need anything else. Would happily stay again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ And Yes, try Uber Eats and order Kima Biryani from Hydrabad Spice Matka restaurant. You will thank me later.
