    This place is dirty and I would not suggest anyone stay here. The air conditioner kept turning off. The chair in the room was stained up and nasty. The towel rack in the bathroom was falling off the wall. We were in this room for about twenty minutes and just left and went down the road to a homes 2 hotel in allen TX and it is ten times nicer , if not more and it was also cheaper.

    I had a really frustrating and concerning experience at this hotel. During my stay, someone attempted to break into my car — my door panel and door were pried open. Thankfully nothing was stolen, but the damage was still done. When I brought this to the front desk’s attention, the staff member was completely closed off and unhelpful, showing little to no concern for the situation. After reviewing the parking area, it turned out the camera coverage stopped just short of where my car was parked, so neither the police nor management can take any real action. That left me fully responsible for dealing with the damage and stress. The location itself is decent, but based on how this situation was handled, this is not a place I would ever return to with my family. For context, I only parked here three times during my six-day stay — and this still happened. Overall, just an extremely disappointing and annoying experience.
