When I reported the issue to the front desk, the staff showed little concern and did not offer any meaningful assistance. Their only response was to move me to another room, with no help in relocating my belongings and no courtesy or compensation offered. This situation was handled poorly, and I would not recommend staying here.

Leaves around the property doesn't cleaned up frequently, the pool doesn't get vacuumed regularly, there's always debris laying at the bottom. There's also only one washing machine working properly. Other than that the location is great it's close to the airport and the staff is courteous.

Had English playing on one tv and Spanish on the other yet watching the same channel. The elevator made weird noises but that might just be a me over thinking thing. Didn't like that they had a bunch of boxes near one elevator but at least they weren't in the way. Dislike that they only gave me 3 towels to start and had to ask for another one. Breakfast was a little bland and they only have one waffle iron they need at least two for the amount of people that stay there.

This might be the worse set of front desk staff you ever encounter - more akin to thugs than service workers. The suite also had a big stain on the carpet. Stay away from this place!
