The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff was very accommodating by providing it early at 5:00 AM for our group. The rooms were clean, extra towels were provided, and the manager and staff were very friendly and welcoming. We truly appreciated their hospitality.

There was no way to check in, so I had to leave. Later, the hotel claimed staff was present, which was not my experience. Very frustrating situation Iand poor communication and was charged a cancellation fee. Worst experience ever do not recommend
- ABAshley BrewerFeb 3, 20263.0Update: the manager did accommodate me so i do appreciate him doing that. Check in and the hotel was HOT i should've know there was an issue then. Took forever to check in because of their system not working. Then I get in my room. And its 77° feels like the heater is full blast and no towels. I go downstairs tell them the ac is not working and no towels so they switch me rooms. I wake up at 4am and its still 77 and like the heater is blasting in my new room. I go downstairs and the new girl informs me the ac is broken and they've been aware about for a day. So the first girl who checked me in knew me changing rooms wouldnt solve my problem. If I wouldve know it'd be so hot I wouldve switched hotels. The towels also had yellow stains and it just made me feel gross and unclean. Oh and dont bother trying to call the front desk, they never answer. You have to go down there to talk to them if you need anythinf. Awful stay
