  Junk experience from check in to check out. Diamond member with over 180 IHG properties I’ve stayed at. This location is at the Top 5 WORST. Staff is not adequately trained, parking lot does not support cars, room was dirty upon check in with yellow/brown stains. Front desk did not accommodate request to chain rooms..she was “leaving in “20 minutes” Will gladly never visit this location again.

  Customer service was great from the start. Room was nice, a/c worked perfectly, room was cozy. I slept well and had no issues other than the towels were small and extremely stained. I had to ask for more towels because the ones in the room looked like they had pee stains. 🤮

  After a terrible experience at another IHG hotel, this was a welcome change. Room was fabulous and clean. The hotel looks like it has had a refresh. Front desk staff was really helpful. Highly recommend if you're in this area.

  I would not recommend staying at this location unless you want to get charged extra and receive poor customer service. The cleaning staff is very rude. They will add extra charges for every little thing they can think of. We stayed two days. We opted not to have our room serviced while staying. We asked the cleaning ladies if we could exchange our used towels for clean ones. She looked at us as if we were bothering her. If looks could kill. I would be dead. The kitchen staff did not understand English so it was very hard to communicate with her. At least she did not give us the ugly face like the cleaning staff did. Upon check out we had an extra charge for stained sheets even though we did not have our room serviced and we had a do not distribute. Did they go in our room while we were out and check our sheets? When we asked the front desk about it they removed the charges but later after we checked out and left they sent a message that they were adding a charge for stained towels. We have never had this type of charge at any hotel establishments before. If you choose to stay here bring your own sheets and towels to save yourself money that they will apply to your bill upon checkout. Also our room was not very clean. I found a sandwich bag wedged between the wall and desser and candy under the bed. I would expect a spotless clean room if you are going to nit pick on every little stain. I'm surprised they didn't charge us extra because we put trash in the trash can and used the soap and body wash.

  Poor cleaning staff can't speak English and the same problem at breakfast and to top it all off they charged us extra for replacement towels for the next day better bring your own towels if your going to stay more then one night. Very disappointed in this location I always stayed at holiday in express before but I'll have to rethink that.
