- BPBriggette Porter-McculloughDec 27, 20254.0We stayed from December 23rd to December 25th. We picked this hotel because of the inside pool and whirlpool! The location is great because you are surrounded by everything, shopping, restaurants and right on the highway with a nice view. The service was great, the hotel appeared to be pretty clean, and the free Continental Breakfast was well stocked! As far as the pool, it was a nice size and you could smell the chlorine down the hall. However, the watery looked murky. I went ahead and got in the whirlpool but I had to get out between the strong chlorine fumes and the heat I got dizzy! This is an older hotel and for the most part it was good but there appeared to have been some water damage to the bathroom door in one of our rooms and water damage to the ceiling in our other room. It's time for a little TLC and remodel! Overall, it was still a good experience!

There was a dead cricket in the fridge, the tub faucet kept leaking water even turning all the way off. The lady who worked 3-11 on 23-24 of August was rude. Didn’t smile and was barely at the front desk. The lady who worked I believe Monday morning was very kind!
