- JAJaxon AllardNov 18, 20251.0disappointing… weight room has no dumbbells and their cable machine they have is awful. It’s broken and the portion of the machine you’re suppose to dips on is too close to the wall. There is even a hole in the wall from where people attempted. Hot tub is broken as well. Not for any active person as there is also no decent gym within 30 minutes of the place.

Took them 5 days to get someone to swap out the port and they removed the only working one. Now none of them work and i have to swap rooms. The front desk receptionists have no communication between them.
- KKKimNov 3, 20254.0I only put 4 stars due to the jacuzzi being broken at the time of our stay. But everything else was great! The staff were very nice. Breakfast was full and good! The location was great as it was across the hwy from HEB and the gas station. Places to eat are close as well. Not too far from San Antonio. We visited a near by pumpkin patch farm and the Japanese Tea Garden. I would stay again

The room was very clean, ac worked amazing beds were perfectly made and restroom area was VERY sanitized! The General Manager JoAnn was accommodating with any requests that I had. I will DEFINITELY come back to stay here again!
- PTPatrick TeagueSep 30, 20253.0The staff was kind and polite and helpful, the breakfasts were good, and the room was clean and well sized and the beds comfortable. The only complaint is in that in the 2 weeks that I was there they were incapable of repairing even a single solitary ice machine. No ice in the ENTIRE hotel for 2 weeks. It was not only inconvenient it was lazy. The general manager should be repremanded for their inability to take appropriate action in a timely fashion for their guests.
