- KGKim GaryApr 25, 20265.0We came into town to see George Strait, and SureStay Hotel by Best Western had availability. We were a little unsure at first, but we ended up enjoying our stay so much! All of the staff were very nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was also a nice surprise that they had a bar inside the hotel that stayed open until 2 AM. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely come back!
- CCCrystal CruzApr 25, 20262.0Location was great since we were attending an event at Texas tech. When we arrived the lady in the front was rude and gave us issues with the fact that we had a pet. We did have to call actual bestwestern to ask about pet policy since we have stayed at best western hotels before and it wasnt an issue. They did mention we could have our pet. The room seemed clean the only issue was the sheets had stains and it seems like they don't really clean the hotel or maintain the property.

Then he sat there at the front desk silent. I walked out and he didn't say anything like he was dead. This place sucks don't go here. Customer service is shitty!

- MSMichael SmithApr 15, 20261.0Beware of this hotel they engage in poor business practices through price gouging. I needed a room for one night and because is a sold-out concert in town (George Strait) that night all hotels are sold out. SureStay has a room available, however they forced me to book two nights for a total of $550 and refuse to change the reservation to one night supposedly because I booked through Expedia. I will leave another review of the room after our stay but based on the poor reviews on Google I'm not expecting much.
