    My trip to Lubbock was great because of the stay. The rooms are relatively new. Remodeled recently. But the best part was Lisa at the front desk on night shift. She was the kindest soul. Greeted everyone every time you enter or leave the building. She was genuinely interested in how your trip is going and how the stay was. And gave some nice recommendations for places to go.

    This hotel is located near the Texas Tech campus with plenty of options for food and shopping nearby. The rooms were clean, the breakfast had great variety, and the coffee was good. The best part of the stay was the service. Mrs. Lisa was friendly, accommodating, helpful, and I enjoyed conversations with her. When in Lubbock, I will be sure to return!

    4-13-26 had a reservation but they didn’t keep the room for us, we arrived early around 4pm. They exchanged our reservations request with a handicap room which was more spacious and we weren’t supposed to be charged more yet our invoice reflected a higher price. We will try to iron that out this morning. Busy location, overall the hotel is clean and safe.

    Front desk lady something with a D maybe Diana, was okay but she was mean to the male front desk guy and it made me feel uncomfortable. Overall stay was good, cleaning staff is so sweet they deserve a raise!

    I had an amazing experience during my stay, and I want to give a huge shoutout to the front desk agent (Lisa) who truly made it exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and made the check-in process quick and seamless. They were incredibly professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. What stood out the most was their willingness to help without hesitation—it felt like they genuinely cared about my experience, not just doing their job. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such a positive attitude. Because of them, my stay started off on the perfect note. Definitely a 5-star experience—thank you for the outstanding service! I will absolutely be returning.
