  We used priceline to book our stay. They gave us the sure stay. We did not know it was this motel as they have painted the outside. My sister has stayed there before and there were coachroaches everywhere. The room spelled of urine. Also bed bugs were seen as well. She left right away. Priceline did try to get a refund for us. They would nor refund the money. Do not stay here. It is very creepy as well. We were here for medical. So so disappointed. Apparently they won't work with you even after you tell them what's going on. Absolutely unprofessional.

  Our stay was not good. I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms smelled old and musty. Yes, the building is old, and the hotel has been renovated. I would suggest to management they verify indoor air quality requirements. The rooms were not cleaned areas were missed. One elevator was out of service. The breakfast was awful. We used CheapOair for our reservation. According to them the reviews were good. The previous reviews were misleading. Very disappointed.

  Some reviews mentioned this hotel is great to bring your dogs and I can’t agree with them. They allow dogs however there is no place for dogs to potty, the hotel surrounding has not green area, the parking lot was full of broken glass which I was so afraid, and they have a tiny bit of greenery in the front of the hotel but the highway is in front of that which makes it very hard for dogs to feel safe since it’s super loud outside. Overall, staff is nice, the hotel needs some love, very old and even when the rooms are clean you can smell like old

  Usual member that stays in both Best Western and Sure Stays, first one that is infested by roaches of every size and color. They run amply through walls, bathroom, floor, furniture. We had just gotten food and not even a few minutes in when unwrapped they were in it. Checked out immediately after (Checked in around 6pm, left to eat and checked out at 8ish pm). They didn't ask why, we assumed they know. We called early next morning for a checkout confirmation since they didn't check us out the night prior, and they still put the wrong time on it. We ended up at another Best Western that's impeccable. Stay at your own risk.

  Service I had was no problems, even while in the bar for a night cap. Location, for me wasn't to bad, easy to go various locations from grocery to a restaurant. Short distance to the site where I was going for with related reasons. Noise levels for me was okay, could have been better. I got woken up at the same time due sirens blasting for 5 or so minutes. Room was clean and the heading and AC worked without any problems. My only problem was there was no body soap, lotion yes, but not a big concern for me.
