Their system was down when I checked out and therefore they could not process that I checked out, despite handing my room key over and saying I was checking out, so I got charged for another night until they got their system up and working. Not right to charge customers for extra nights because of their negligence.

Alternate hotel entrance door broken with sign stating ‘out of order’ Access limited to entire east side of hotel. Isn’t that a fire/safety hazard?

In town for training, no happy hour or networking as advertised, Apples wrapped in plastic and some wrinkled oranges, breakfast was there just not appealing to me. Very basic accommodations. Bed was nice. I was on the 3rd floor and realized the security parking lights shine directly in my window. Thought it was car headlights at first. Photos to show light at 9pm, definitely close the darkening blinds!
