The rooms are spacious the hotel staff was friendly and prompt when asking for extra blankets or pillows. The suite was clean and beautiful and really well stocked for the price we paid. Their system was down when I checked out and therefore they could not process that I checked out, despite handing my room key over and saying I was checking out, so I got charged for another night until they got their system up and working. Not right to charge customers for extra nights because of their negligence.

Bird poop all over sidewalk at entrance with poop tracked into hotel (front desk reported it to maintenance). Poop never cleaned up during stay)! Alternate hotel entrance door broken with sign stating ‘out of order’ Access limited to entire east side of hotel. Isn’t that a fire/safety hazard?
