The Homewood Suites seemed to meet our needs, at least through our online search. Jessica met us at the desk and got us checked in quickly. She was intent on making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The building is clean, modern and pretty, with the fireplace, etc. Our room was more than adequate, and we slept well. Breakfast was the best of our travels, as Mary Ann going above and beyond. We hope our travels bring us through again; we will stay here again.

For instance, my tub had a diagonal crack across the entire length of the tub on the wall, the floor was not very clean in the corners.

Jeff & Nicole at the front desk went above & beyond to make sure our stay was nice, and really made a huge difference in my overall trip. After a bad experience at My Place Hotel, it was such a relief to stay here & have people that truly care about the guest experience. I will 100% stay here anytime I visit Lubbock in the future!

Was still charged full price of accessible room. The room phone did not work. The breakfast wasn’t great. We’ve stayed at many homewood suites in a few states and the breakfast was usually very good. The first morning the coffee was just brown water. The front desk help was very pleasant. Will look for a different place to stay in Lubbock. We go often due to medical needs.
