    EDIT: Reached out to customer service after receiving this reply, and they will "pass on my concerns". In other words, nothing is being done. Again, if you're planning on staying here, BEWARE. They DO NOT honor their reservations, and you might end up stranded. We had a confirmed reservation for a 1 king, 2 queen, 2 bedroom suite, and they waited until we were in town to cancel our reservation and let us know they oversold their rooms. Their idea of "making it right" was sending us to a Best Western with two DOUBLE BEDS when we absolutely needed 3 beds. Oh, and they threw some points on my Hilton account that won't even cover a quarter of a hotel room. And it was a super busy weekend so booking a halfway decent hotel was impossible. So, if you decide to book here, beware that you might end up stranded with no room.

    I'm not sure how this hotel is even in the Hilton chain. It's run down, the rooms are tired and need a refresh. The thermostat was behind the TV, I had to physically move the TV to adjust it. The bathroom was a bit scary. I won't be staying here again.

    We definitely like this place, but the last time we stayed there, they did not tell us that the air conditioner was broken in our room. They had a little refrigerated air unit that did not cool the whole place. It might’ve been better have they turned it on before we ever got there. But for the most part, we really enjoy staying there!

    We stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton for what was supposed to be a birthday weekend getaway, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The closet doorknob came off in our hand, the water never got hot, and the TV did not work during our stay. These may seem like small issues individually, but together they made the stay frustrating and far from relaxing. We were scheduled to stay the entire weekend, but I became severely sick and needed to return home early. When we went to check out, the front desk informed us we would still be billed for the full stay and would not allow us to adjust the reservation. Given the condition of the room and the circumstances, that response felt very unsympathetic. The breakfast appeared typical for a hotel, but we did not eat due to how I was feeling. Overall, this was not the birthday weekend experience we had planned, and we left feeling disappointed.

    We booked several rooms there and enjoyed our stay. Large nice area past the entrance/reception that allowed for us all to hang out by the fireplace and watch a football game while eating food we had delivered there. Breakfast was typical but good. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean.
