The USB plugs were worn out. Be sure to bring a jack. No toiletries, as tooth paste , make up remover or cotton balls. Toilet seat was sliding off.

Place too rundown, I would not stay here again. The room smelled like dog, I specifically requested a non-pet room.

I stayed at this Home2Suites November 22-24. We stayed in a larger room that was like an apartment with a king bed. They squeezed the bed into the bedroom so it made it difficult for the person sleeping next to the HVAC to maneuver. We could not control the temperature in the room. It was cold outside in the morning and we tried to set the heat but the cold air would kick in. The breakfast was okay. The front desk staff was friendly. We returned for the TTU graduation, and the front desk staff was unfriendly, and did not provide the best service. When we checked in on December 11 and got the digital key I thought we could just go to the room. Around 10:30am I stopped at the desk to get keys for the two rooms I reserved. A young woman with blonde hair said they were dirty, and I asked why was able to digitally check in and get a key if the room is dirty. She did not respond. I asked if she did not know, and she responded yes. She said checkin was 3pm and I would have to return at 3pm. In my experience, you might have to wait a couple of hours if your flight arrives early but not 5 hours. My family leaves and we return around 12:30pm, and there is another woman at the desk with dark hair. She is more helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative. She checks with the executive housekeeper who says the two rooms are ready. She blonde woman that was at the desk returns and she asks her to give me the room keys because they are ready. The blonde woman only gives me keys for one room, and I remind her I have two rooms. She asks the woman with the dark hair if the room is ready. She tells her yes it’s ready. It’s as if she missed everything she told her when she passed me over to her. I have swipe my credit card again, and she gives me the keys to my other room. Later that evening about 7pm, my husband asks Jennifer for help with setting the heat in our room. She put out the away sign and stopped by our room to help. She was very gracious. My husband went down an hour or so later and bought candy which Jennifer charged to the room since they are cashless. Unfortunately, the service we received was not consistent so I could not give a higher rating.
