- KZKrista Zurcher2 days ago5.0I had a fantastic stay here at holiday inn express in Lubbock! The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and it was a good location. Eshan, the front desk attendant is fantastic. He was polite and friendly with our check in and check out. He also greeted people as they came in. He was engaging, and knowledgeable about the area. He is a hard worker and kept a good attitude from late at night when we checked in, to in the morning when we came down for breakfast.

Timothy at the front desk is a real class act😏👌. Very accommodating and friendly. Made us feel right at home after driving over 1500 miles from Florida. Eva has also been amazing! Was very willing to help us to her best abilities get the best rate for our extended stay. We are beyond grateful and would recommend this hotel to any family and friends.
