I asked the front desk just in case if there wasn't a shower bench that I could call down and get one guess what there wasn't a shower bench and that's fine I called down and 5 minutes later there was a knock at the door here's a shower bench! By the time we called to the time we checked in till the breakfast this morning it has all been amazing! Holiday inn really stepped up their game!

They did nothing but move our room and never had anyone come exterminate they didn’t help us in anyway . My daughter woke up with bites all over her. My daughter is an adult with her 4 year-old in the room. It’s kind of scary and then to be humiliated and put down and talk to horribly from the front desk staff . The manager & Staff kept telling us the exterminator was coming every day and then we called ourselves the company they claim that they were waiting for they don’t come on the weekend and they don’t take care of your personal belongings either .... The manager talked to us once or twice and then never talked to us again , he just had either he didn’t come in or he hit in the back so he didn’t have to address us and yes, we did call corporate This is absolutely disgusting how they run this place they should be ashamed of themselves. The nicest part was the outside pool The place looks clean. The staff works hard but when there’s an issue, they do nothing about it.
