    The hotel itself was nice. What the photos don’t show you is that it is right off the freeway so there is a lot of car noise and doesn’t feel quite as safe. There was also a decent amount of noise through the floor above us. Lastly, because of where it is located you have to go the wrong direction about a mile and do a U-turn to get to most things in town.

    Attentive front desk, good facilites. Being directly on a freeway sometimes makes you nervous but they have private security in the parking lots!

    Travelled overnight after a cancelled flight to make it to the hotel. I was traveling with two others and all three of our stays were cancelled without calling to see if we were still coming. After arriving, we rebooked our stays. Somehow, despite my confirmation email showing the proper days for my stay, I was woken up two nights in a row. First "night" I was woken up by the cleaners, and without informing me, they charged me for an extra night despite that night being covered in my stay. The second night, I was called on the room phone and they hung up as soon as I picked it up. After, they called my personal phone and hung up after I picked up. I called them back and they said I had to be out of the room by noon or get another night. I got another night so I could get a proper night's sleep, then checked my confirmation email again. EVERY NIGHT FOR MY STAY SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN COVERED. Somehow they didn't check the reservation emails before doing all of this. I have never seen such pure incompetence at any other hotel, regardless of the hotel company. Completely ridiculous.
