  I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. The general manager, Tia, was so much help and so polite. The rooms were spotless. All in all, I was more than pleased with my stay here and we will definitely be back to stay with how often we have to visit Lubbock.

  Saturday night, in a college town and the fromr desk clerk doubles as the bartender? Remarkable oversight. She also couldn't have been bothered to see me and my coworker walking around the lobby looking for the desk clerk. A simple "i will be right there after making these drinks" would have sufficed. No apology. Nothing to rememdy the irritation. But who would assume she was on double duty? Wild. Digital key wasn't available until either. Honors member water not offered. Nice room though. No issues there.

  Easily the nicest Hampton Inn property we have ever stayed at!!! Thank you for the warm welcome as we travel back home to Houston. Had to create this google just to leave a review. I dont usually leave reviews but they had the code at the front and I just had to! Well kept room and enjoyed the pull out couch option and larger tv with the smart options. usually we're stuck with older rooms and much smaller tvs with only basic channels. Thank you!!! Yee haw!

  Didnt care for the loud highway noise but the front desk person told me I can choose a room facing away from the highway next time so we will be doing that. Other than that we had a very nice stay. Close to the college and quick drive to fast and fast casual restaurants but what really stood out to us was the staff here. Specifically the lady at the front desk with braids. I believe her name started with an A. Maybe aliyah? Alisha? I forget. but thank you all. well managed property

  I am at the Lubbock location and when I checked in there was no soap in the bathroom (not a big deal) except there was also hair all over the walls. I will attach pictures. I went at 6 am and told the lady at the front about it and she said she would send for it to be cleaned. 12 hours later I get back and the room was “cleaned” (bed made and towels picked up) they took the body soap bottle and didn’t leave a new one and hair still in the shower. I went down and got soap from the front and re mentioned the hair that was still there and again I was told it would be cleaned and it wasn’t again and the soap that was brought to the room was the shampoo and conditioner that was already in the shower. I have never experienced this lack or effort or care at all hotel before. I don’t know how a wall of hair can be missed if you are cleaning something and I don’t know why I cannot get a simple bottle of body soap.
