She went above and beyond to ensure we had the correct room and accommodations, and she even stepped in as a bartender. As someone who works in hospitality myself, I can honestly say I’ve rarely seen someone excel in so many areas at once. If I lived in the same state, I would absolutely try to recruit her—she was that exceptional. I did have a brief interaction with a manager with pink hair that was not as professional, which stood in noticeable contrast to the level of service Renee provided. That said, Renee’s outstanding service truly made the experience memorable.

We were able to check in a bit early and he got some rest instead of tagging along. Beds, pillows, linens all great. Breakfast was more than standard hotel food and it didn't look picked over. One note to fellow travelers, request a room at the back. We are country folk and the traffic noise was more than we are accustomed to.
