The beds were very comfortable and finally a shower that was was a pleasure to use. The breakfast was very impressive. We are an older couple and really appreciated the courteous staff. - AJAdrie JSep 28, 20253.0It wasn't the cleanest. There were stains on the chair and carpet. They left cleaning rags in the room during the stay. There was hair in the shower that wasn't mine. There's no ice machine on the 2nd floor. There were dryers on the carpet in the hallways on every flooor. There were 7 of us loaded in the elevator and an employee came out of nowhere, forced her way into the closing door and told us - while holding the door open - that only 5-6 people are allowed in the elevators at one time because they get stuck all the time meanwhile the alarm is going off for the door being open too long. So, my Dad had to get out. There was no sign to tell us this. In fact it directly contradicts the sign posted in the elevator that told us max of 15 people or whatever weight, but nothing about the 5-6 she said. We had loaded more people in when we checked in - with our bags, strollers, everything - and were never stopped or told we were too many. Other groups loaded the elevators with more than 6 and we didn't see them told anything. It was weird. Just an overall weird stay.
