I booked a room for the evening. As a long-time Hilton Honors member, Hilton-associated properties are my first choice. This hotel is very run down, aged, and worn out. I made it to my room, turned on the light, checked the bathroom, and then sat down and booked a room at another hotel chain. I didn't ask for a refund; I just called for an Uber and left. Dirty. Aged. Run down.

There is no way this is a $160 a night type of hotel. Very runned down and the rooms are dated. I'm surprised the Hilton brand allows their name to be utilized at this location. Whoever is running this place is only running it into the ground. Plenty of other options in Lubbock to chose from, no need to settle for this place. I'm glad it was a very short stay. Definitely on my never-agin list!

This is a terrible bad choice. It beyond my understanding how this Hotel is part of Hilton. The room is in bad chape. The toilet is stained, the shower is plug, and with urine smells. Obviously this is health risk with human hazard, see pictures. When you enter to the lobby it hit you excess of chlorine fumes, good luck with your lungs. The hotel is not properly maintained, carpets and walls are from the past century and it not been maintained. Not sure to whom this place works, when you can find more affordable and better hotels in Lubbock. Big fiasco, is my bad for selected this place.

Do not stay at this hotel. Absolutely disgusting. Carpets haven’t been vacuumed in months. An inch of dust on the bed frame and baseboards. No working bathroom light. (Was replaced) if I had to guess, I’d say it was last updated early 2000s.

I don’t know how this hotel is maintaining a Hampton flag. It is old and worn and not clean. Stains and dirt all over the halls, stairs and rooms. The mattresses are old and lumpy and room keys work 50% of the time. I used to work for a hotel lock company, I know how locks work, and these don’t. We’ve stayed in several hamptons just in the last few months and they were leaps and bounds better than this dump.
