  Good rooms with split living and bedrooms, fantastic breakfast, good bar, and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and although a little dated, still nice.

  Driving through and spent the night at this lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly. The room was great. The lemon pepper wings at the restaurant were out of this world! Overall this place has great hospitality.

  Always have great experiences here, especially during the happy hour. The bar staff there have always been very welcoming and helpful. I've even seen the bar staff deal with less than pleasant patrons with respect and class. Always look forward to hanging out at Embassy suites and the hotel bar. Roberta and Samantha always do great!

  We always choose to stay here because it’s such an amazing property with outstanding service. This visit was no different. We booked again for the excellent amenities, beautiful rooms, and welcoming staff. There were a few issues overnight, but the manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly and professionally. I especially want to thank Michael for being so attentive and for always taking great care of us. His kindness and dedication truly make a difference. We look forward to staying here again!

  Never again! EVER!!! We picked this hotel because of its location. Lubbock is a good “halfway point” from where we live & our son’s base. After driving almost 10 hours we just wanted a nice, clean place to spend time with our son and get a good nights sleep. When we arrived I immediately felt like I was in an episode of Miami Vice! This hotel is stuck in the 80’s and needs a complete overhaul. Our room keycards would not work properly to access our room or the doors coming into the hotel from outside. The wooden furniture in our room had clearly been chewed on by dogs. The chair and couch were covered in pet hair. The shower wall had hair all over it. The amount of rust in the bathroom was shocking. It was even on the doorframe. The “snack” time was a joke. By the time we arrived there was little to nothing left. What was still there was being picked over by the unsupervised kids. We literally turned around and left. From the kids running around the property & up and down the halls to the noise from the bar at midnight through 3:00 in the morning made for a night of zero sleep! Like I previously said, NEVER AGAIN!
