    Was a great hotel! Molding around the showers was a little questionable but actual shower was very clean so just a little cosmetic issue. It was so quiet and people at the desk were friendly… talked to multiple people while at our stay and everyone seemed to enjoy it. Only complaint is that the elevator takes quite a while.

    The staff took care of my need and for the most part all of my requests, what really had me very pleased was I ran into a issue and the staff and management went up and beyond to help me to make sure I had a pleasant experience with the hotel and staff themselves. I will say not a lot would have done what they did and reached out to me and made sure | left happy. Thank you for the help and going the extra mile for me! It means alot! I will be staying and recommending to anyone traveling to Lbk

    Stayed here for just a night & it was very very clean, cozy & the lady at the front desk was super nice. It was off the loop but not noisy at all. I really like that there wasn't really anything around it, that's what made it so quiet. There were tons of restaurants & Walmart down the road but it's secluded, I loved it.

    Stayed here 2 days when travelling across the country. It's dog friendly. So it gets 5 stars. The first room (on 300 level) we stayed at outbound on our trip had some weird issues with the pillows but inbound at the end of our trip we got a 200 level room that had great pillows. But then that room had an issue where if the bathroom door was open, if you opened the main door it SMACKED the bathroom door, which may have caused volume issues for our neighbors, when we woke up early AM to take our dog out for a pee pee poo poo. But, the hotel is dog friendly. So it gets 5 stars. Anyone who has ever travelled with a dog must realize, that dog friendliness can definitely compensate for any other issues with a hotel. And there were no other issues with this hotel. We took the dog out and he peed and pooped so 5 stars.
