- DBD BMar 30, 20265.0I was so appreciative and impressed with the desk customer care. We were traveling with bikes and she had us park where they could be viewed and checked on by night staff off and on during the night. Such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay more restful. We have never been offered any kind of exta security. Made it the best place weve ever stayed on a trip where possessions created a layer of worry. I know it is not always possible to do that, especially on busy nights wgere parking isnt as open, but thank you so very much!

The location is wonderful, the atmosphere was decent, the food was not atrocious in any way, and the service was fair. My only complaint was a rusty bathroom vent and a weak-pressure shower (I requested a fix or replacement of the bathroom tub spout, but with no luck).

The staff was nice and changed my room, but where there are two roaches, there are hundreds. I couldn’t not sleep. In addition to that, the elevators were broken and I was on the third floor.

I'm told the elevators aren't working.. and it hasn't been working for 3 days?!? .. and unfortunately for me, apparently the entire 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors are booked out.. only available room is on the very top floor (4th). I'll be travelling to East Texas often, so I'll probably have to look at other options for stay.
