The location is wonderful, the atmosphere was decent, the food was not atrocious in any way, and the service was fair. My only complaint was a rusty bathroom vent and a weak-pressure shower (I requested a fix or replacement of the bathroom tub spout, but with no luck).

The staff was nice and changed my room, but where there are two roaches, there are hundreds. I couldn’t not sleep. In addition to that, the elevators were broken and I was on the third floor.

I'm told the elevators aren't working.. and it hasn't been working for 3 days?!? .. and unfortunately for me, apparently the entire 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors are booked out.. only available room is on the very top floor (4th). I'll be travelling to East Texas often, so I'll probably have to look at other options for stay.
- PVPerla VazquezFeb 6, 20265.0My stay here was great! Rooms and all areas were always really clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and greeted you with a smile every time. They offer refreshments almost every day and makes the stay feel more like you are visiting family. Rosa, from the kitchen staff, was amazing! Every morning she would always make sure to greet you and check in with a smile. If you needed anything, she got you. I would honestly go back just because of how amazing of a service she and the rest of the staff provided.
- BBBuford BriggsFeb 2, 20265.0Staybridge is a great hotel to stay at. My wife and I can't really eat out at restaurants due to medical reasons, so to have the kitchen area is great. Longview is our local Staybridge and for our 2nd full date night in 16 years, it was a wonderful stay. The staff were polite and the hotel was very clean. The room was clean and linens were clean. The only issue with the room was the esthetics. Cabinet doors not aligned causing them to not close all the way and the refrigerator not leveled properly were the only things that were wrong. Having to go behind other maintenance workers myself, this is just the sign of someone being in a rush and not caring about their job. All in all. It is a great Hotel for a good stay.
