The Room itself almost looked like a luxury room..When I say they clean the rooms, they clean.. The furniture looks well taken care of. The couch was nice and comfortable. BED EVEN more.. the bathroom was actually clean and well stocked . NO patch work from repairs or mold around tub like I've seen in some others... Breakfast food was fresh. Front desk personel very nice. The only issues I was was figuring out how to use the tv/remote and channels...

The cleaning service workers were also so kind. We got breakfast near the end of service so it wasn't as good but we understood why. We would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately we were made aware of this policy AFTER we had checked in and had to pay to be there for less than an hour. We booked this reservation after driving all day late at night and had to find another hotel to stay at. So disappointing - will not be staying w/ Holiday Inn again in the future and the express used to be our go to spot for long road trips.
