Service got a low star because there was a man with a big dirty dog going to almost every single person taking up their entire breakfast time talking and the dog was in the dining area and the holding area for the food just so he could talk to someone and the staff did and said nothing. I find that to be gross. If he was getting food with a service animal then I might understand.

I gave a five every where but only a 3 for a whole due to the hotel being great but there was a person staying there that made my stay a little less than stellar. It was an older man with a lovely large dog that made me feel uncomfortable by how he stared at me and other people. I watched him go and talk to almost every person he could, as long as he could, so I couldn't stay down stairs and eat as long as I wanted to, sadly it was every day. But otherwise this hotel was a fantastic find!! Will definitely return.
