- MCMITCH CLINKENBEARDDec 1, 20255.0Came to Longview for a concert. Jamie, the check-in desk clerk was awesome. Checked out on line, very easy. Reasonably priced. Room was clean and bright. Has a kitchenette. Bed comfortable, but a little on the soft side for me. Bathroom was large, well lit, shower great with lots of hot water. Had numerous trucks here from a tree trimming company and oil service company, but still had plenty of well lit parking. They charged $50.00 per night for my pup. Typical for hotels that allows dogs. Had numerous notifications posted that if you didn't clean up after your pet they would charge a $100.00 fee/fine!! That's fine with me. I clean up after my baby and everyone else should too! Some maintenance needed in the room. Door lock was almost falling off/out of the door. Hand tightened the screws holding it together and notified the desk clerk it needed work. Close to restaurants, a mall and numerous stores.

Easy access to town. I loved the washer and dryer room for guest they do have a pretty good size exercise room. Over all nice place.

Shout out to Victoria for making checking out extremely easy, and also to the older gentleman working night shift, I never caught his name but he was very friendly every time I walked through the lobby. There was also a younger Hispanic man who did well checking me in. I found the wheel spin to be fun. I got sour skittles out of it. The place could use a facelift however. I feel the atmosphere is very outdated. Once again, shout out to those three people working lobby. They put the team on their backs.
