- LWLinda WhittenOct 2, 20254.0We have stayed here 3 times in 4 weeks. Ice machine broken on 2nd floor. Still not repaired. Must use 1st floor ice machine. Other guests spill in elevator. Staff is very quick to clean up. Air conditioner in some rooms not working and had to change rooms. Overall staff is wonderful and rooms very clean. Room price under $100. Very close to hospital and quiet neighborhood. Many restaurants close by.

An amazing Front Desk Associate named Robert, provided Exceptional Customer Service and much needed Empathy. We’re so glad we chose to stay here, if you’re ever in the Longview area this is the Best place to stay. Clean and quiet rooms. Thank You again Robert!
