- SASarah AdameJan 15, 20261.0Bed Bugs Beware! Checked into the hotel last night for one night. We received the first room immediately off the right of the lobby. Thankfully we didn’t unpack much but after being at the hotel for 10-15 minutes, we discovered a bed bug. The bug was moving across the pillowcase on one of the queen beds. We immediately grabbed our belongings and checked out. When we informed the front desk staff and showed the photo, they simply said sorry and processed our refund.
