  Service was good, room ok and shower not great. No remote in room for TV so had to go back down, tile busted up on floor in room 304. Tile in front of ac so bad it is all just laying there loose, piece came up an almost tripped me. Bed was good an slept well, however shower is another story. Took about 10 min to get hot water, then halfway through shower went cold again.

  My room was very clean including the bathroom and the bed and pillows were clean and very comfortable--the entire hotel was pretty much spotless. Service was friendly and helpful. No Michelin stars for the breakfast buffet but it was adequate. Could use some better towels and the bathroom (though completely clean) looked like they started redoing the paint and haven't quite finished. My only real complaint was the fire alarm going off once while I was asleep--only for 15 seconds or so and I went back to sleep but it was pretty rude. Oh and it was hard to find the place in the dark but at least I'll already know where it is next time.

  Don’t usually do these but I must. Front desk ladies were nice but it stops right there. It was filthy. My sheets were stained. Holes in the wall. Toilet lopsided and breakfast. I won’t go there. Not the consistency I eh ave come to expect with IHG. Sorry.
