Passing through and stayed the night at this location. I must say I felt at home. Went down to the bar and had a couple of drinks, the bartenders name was "Tommie" I believe. She was amazing, very knowledgeable of different drinks. The bar was kept up with, very clean. She was nice and professional. If you ever plan on staying in the area. Make sure you stay here and if Tommie is working she is top notch.

Honestly expected more for a Hilton hotel. This is the worst Hilton I have stayed at. The beds are very old and lumpy, the rooms are clean but not clean. Random blood? Stains, mold etc. Its like the housekeeper's can only do so much. The problems are bigger then their abilities.

My husband and I booked an adjoining room in addition to our king-sized room after arriving and realizing the room was smaller than we expected. We were accidentally locked out of the adjoining room when the door unexpectedly closed behind me. I walked to the front desk and asked the young man there if I could regain access. I had my key, but the security latch on the main entrance door was engaged. He told me he couldn’t help me. I went back to the room connected to the adjoining one I was locked out of to see how, or if, I could access it another way. I returned to the desk clerk to ask for assistance again. He replied (twice), “I’m just the front desk clerk.” I asked if there was maintenance on site or if I could borrow a tool to help me bypass the security latch to access my room and all of my belongings. He said he couldn’t help me. He also said it had happened before with parents and kids, and he had helped out before, but they got mad and he wasn’t going to do that again. (?). I asked him if I had permission to try to break into my own hotel room, provided I promised not to damage the door or anything else in the slightest. He said, “Go for it,” And he gave me a ballpoint pen to use as a tool. 35 minutes later, with the help of my husband and YouTube videos, I used a piece of cardboard to disengage the security lock, then used my room key to re-enter my hotel room. During the trip, 2 of our Anker 4-port multi-chargers were taken (one from each room). I looked under the beds for them when checking out and realized it had been a very long time since anyone had cleaned them. There was a bottle of lotion, straws, a large blue pill, and other assorted trash.

I had a few non working items in my room that took a while to get repaired. The room was very comfortable and clean. I really liked the firmer feather free pillows. Good amount of lighting on the rooms as well. It is not a pedistrian friendly area other than being limited to a few places to eat. No walkable shopping. I would stay here again.
