  Literally you can hear EVERYTHING around you.. Feels like you have zero privacy. Can hear people snoring as you walk out the door!!

  Great location with easy access to the highway. Personnel were second to none in politeness and attitude. I would absolutely drive an extra 30 minutes to stay here again.

  At first we were regretting staying here. The young man at the front desk at check in was rude. He acted put out when he saw we had a little dog. He kept telling us we needed an additional card on file for incidentals. I wasn’t about to give him another card. We use our travel card only! Then I spoke with the GM, Gina. She was so nice and accommodating. She told us we did not need another card on file. Everyone else we came in contact with was so nice. The rooms were clean but it was so loud. I could hear the people talking in the next room. People slammed doors all down the hall and you could hear people walking up the steps. Much of this was late at night. Soft close doors would be helpful. It took three days for the outdoor trashes to be emptied and someone left two plates of waffles with syrup in the parking lot. Those stayed there all week. However, the landscaping was nice and there was a nice neighborhood to walk my dog in across the highway. We would stay here again.

  I think Best Western could step up their game a little. Here are the things they could improve on: Upgrades for Platinum members, coffee maker in rooms, bigger TVs, get rid of those tiny bottles of shampoo, condition, body wash, and lotion and go to the larger DOVE products. be much better at their breakfast buffet. it's only eight o'clock in the morning here and they ran out of forks. when I asked for more forks, they just said they're working on it. I ate my whole breakfast without a fork. I never did get one. it took them a while to replace the bacon also. There really were not that many people eating breakfast, so I don't think there should be an excuse to be running out of stuff at eight o'clock. Everything at that hotel needs to be updated. Because this town is so small, you have no options for staying anywhere. And the audacity of them to stick a tip jar out there at the breakfast buffet when they can't even keep the buffet is stocked.
