  My husband left his toiletry bag in the hotel and we realized it when we got home. We called the hotel and they were able to retrieve the bag and mail it to us. We are most grateful to have it back. We want to thank Shara for making the return happen. We are very grateful.

  Our room was very clean and the breakfast was great. Amy, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and welcoming!

  We stayed over easter weekend and did not have a good experience. The biggest issue was that we were charged twice for our stay and no one could explain why, other than "it was done at 3 in the morning so I don't know what happened." Their solution was to offer me a snack from their pantry. We checked out on Sunday and it is now Wednesday and I have not seen the $200+ return to my bank account. $200+ during a holiday weekend for a family of 3 is a lot in this current economy when you are traveling. Additionally, their customer service is greatly lacking. Everyone at the front desk was always on their phones. One was on facetime when I came down at 1230am because someones car alarm had been going off outside of our window for 30 minutes. Another time my 6yr old was excitedly telling the two girls at the desk about his easter egg hunt and neither of them looked up from their phones. You can constantly see them on them. I get desk jobs can be boring and there isn't a lot happening, but when you have a customer, you shouldn't be distracted by social media.

  I had an evening business meeting in LIndale and needed a place to stay for the night. About a week ahead of my reservation, I got a call from Amy, who very kindly inquired which type of room I would like. I was blown away by this--that a hotel would take the time and energy to check specifically for what my room preference was--I'd never had that happen! When I arrived, the hotel was spotless and I really mean SPOTLESS. I had forgotten to print a document I needed before I left home and went down to ask the girls at the desk if there was a way to airprint to the public desktop/printer setup. They (Priscilla, Katie and Adrian were working that evening) offered to print from the front desk if I would email my doc to them. Amazing customer service, truly above and beyond these days! Breakfast was better than the usual setup and the hotel is located right of the interstate. Only issue is that it's a tiny bit tricky to get to but not really a big deal. It was quiet and peaceful, despite being close to the highway. I travel for work often and wish every hotel I stay in could be as on point as this one!
