Amy was exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was smooth and welcoming, answering questions and offering assistance with a genuine smile. Her customer service made a great impression and really enhanced my overall experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Our only issue was that very outlet was loose and you have to be very delicate with them. That's the only star deduction. Very clean. Tons of sensory friendly lighting options. The breakfast was good and the attendant was working harder than anyone I’ve seen keeping everything perfect including keeping all the tables and chairs and every inch of the breakfast area perfect. So impressed with him that I stopped eating breakfast to write this now. This might be one of the most well kept hotels I’ve been in. Especially for the budget cost. Edit. The attendant’s name is Adrian I think. Hour later and he’s still working hard. I’m coming back to offer him a job at my company. 😏
