From the moment we entered, we were greeted and felt welcomed. Our room was spotless and smelled terrific. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff were friendly. Next time we are in Lindale, we will be staying here.

The exceptional service from Ms. Amy at the reception was another highlight; she was genuinely kind, helpful, and professional, making the entire visit seamless and welcoming. The only minor deduction from the experience was the complimentary breakfast, which I would rate 3.5 out of 5, as it was functional but could benefit from improved variety or quality. Despite this minor point, the overall quality—especially the rooms and the top-tier staff like Ms. Amy—easily earned a five-star rating. I highly recommend this hotel and plan on returning.
