    The Hampton Inn Lindale is a clean, well-furnished hotel with special touches to make guests feel welcome. In the lobby was a table with crosswords and crayons. Fresh chocolate chip cookies were available on check-in. Every amenity from guest laundry and gym to business center and built-in charging ports is included. The breakfast bar offered biscuits and tasty sausage gravy, eggs and sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, fruit and pastries. Hot water and 3 different Arabic coffee roasts sat on a coffee bar. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the employees friendly. Located off highway 20 behind another hotel. Highly recommend!

    Going out of my way to leave a second 5-star review for this Property based upon my unexpected, most recent, visit. Family and Friends getting together in town made this a hectic Stay, however GM Chris and especially FDR Joe both, again, went out of their way to honor my Requests, acknowledge my Status, and make my stay comfortable and convenient. Top-notch Service from this Property will always keep me as a loyal guest while in Tyler.

    ZACK WAS AMAZING AND A LIFE SAVER. I TAKE CARE OF MY DAD WHO IS BEDRIDDEN AND FROM ARKANSAS. WE LIVE IN ARLINGTON TX. WE TRIED TO DO A TURNAROUND TRIP AND WAS TOO TIRE TO COMPLETE IT. MY DAUGHTER WAS THE DRIVER AND WAS DRIVING SLEEPY. I TOLD HER TO TAKE THE NEXT EXIT THAT HAS A HOTEL. WE STOPPED HERE. THEY HAD ROOMS AND THE COMPUTER WAS DOWN SO HE CALLED HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS BEHIND THEM AND THEY WERE GETTING A COMPUTER UPGRADE. I ADVSD ZACK WE WOULD JUST PAY TO SLEEP IN THE LOBBY. INSTEAD OF TURNING US AWAY HE DID EVERYTHING MANUALLY. HE RAN MY CARD THE NEXT DAY AND WE EVEN HAD FREE BREAKFAST. THE STAFF AND THE STAY WAS AMAZING BUT ZACK WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. WE WILL BE STAYING AGAIN AT ALL HILTON INNS FROM NOW ON. HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE IN LITTLE ROCK AR.

    GM Chris sets the exemplary tone for Awesome Service @ this Property. My first visit last year led to my most recent, and I chose this Property based upon how well Chris treated during my first visit (early check-in and friendly convo). This trip, Ariel and Darron went out of their way to acknowledge my Status and Honor my Requests. I super- enjoyed the well-mantained outdoor pool for all three days! Guest laundry on-site. Comfortable lobby. Fitness center. Soon, the Property will have the new streaming TVs. Great value and top-notch People
