  Mrs carper and her hotel is one the best I have stayed at in a long time she is on point with service, friendliness, and very understanding her staff is also very good and accommodating. For what i needed I will be definitely using this hotel and telling everyone I know that this is the hotel they wanna be at thank you very making my stay something to remember

  Debbie and her staff are the best i have ever had at holiday inn they are very kind and willing to go above and beyond to help hotel was very great I will be definitely coming back and telling my friends and family to stay this hotel

  I woke up very sick today and laughing up blood and the room smelled very musty I noticed when we checked in yesterday to find this in the ac Black Mold!! This place owes us a refund. Room 221 call us asap. Front desk was unhelpful

  I really appreciated how the shower water flowed so nicely. The room was also clean, the bed was spotless, and it was wonderfully quiet.

  After waiting at the front desk for the fifth time, another staff member who l believe was the manager because she was older than the rest came over and rescanned the cards, just like the previous employee had done. She then went up to my room and said, "these cards worked," as if I had been exaggerating or making up the issue. Meanwhile, my food was getting cold while dealing with repeated key failures. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. The next day when none of the cards ended up working she gave me 6 new cards total which is ridiculous. I took it upon myself to recorded all the cards declining/ not working to avoid being treated that way. When I came down again and asked for new cards I let her know I had video proof since the last few times she was very rude and had an issue with their OWN cards not working. I ended up getting locked out of the hotel at night because my cards wouldn't unlock the door, thankfully a kind lady with pink hair helped me and made me feel accommodated for instead of making me feel like I couldn't ask for help in a place I payed to stay in. I would also like to add the older lady said "hello and welcome" to everyone who walked in the doors everyday besides me without fail, that was intentional. Not professional, l've stayed at plenty of Holiday Inn hotels and this was the worst and least accommodating. I understand people have off weeks but it wasn’t with everyone she came in contact with, only me, it felt very directed.
