  Location was nice and convenient. Stayed for a week and housekeeping only cleaned our room once. Had to go to the front desk and ask for additional towels more than once. The breakfast needs more options. 24/7 market was a joke. Wasn't stocked at all.

  My experience at Tru by Hilton was deeply disappointing and upsetting. During my stay, items went missing from my room after housekeeping service. I reported this concern, but it was not handled with the seriousness or urgency it deserved. As a guest, you expect your belongings to be safe in your room—this basic standard was not met. Even more troubling was the way Lakisha Davis treated my son’s service animal. Despite being informed that the dog is a legitimate service animal required due to a disability, she spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner and attempted to enforce pet policies that do not apply to service animals. This felt discriminatory, humiliating, and completely inappropriate. Instead of professionalism or understanding, I was met with hostility and a lack of knowledge regarding ADA protections. No guest—especially a family with a child who relies on a service animal—should be treated this way. This stay caused unnecessary stress and left me feeling unsafe, disrespected, and unheard. I expected far better from a Hilton-branded property. Until serious changes are made in staff training, accountability, and guest care, I would not recommend staying here.

  Incredibly new and clean. We were welcomed by Devondra, a very attentive and professional employee at Tru. She got us settled and answered any questions we had. The building and guest room was very clean. We attended our event, and the next morning Devondra was back on duty, and made checking out as easy as checking in.

  Poor service!! Check your linens for stains and hairs. Even tough i talked to them they didn't show up and changed.

  Great place, very clean, and customer service is always excellent, plus ⏭ it's right off the highway and located around lots of places! You can't beat it.
