- APAnthony PeriniNov 17, 20252.0not good, service leaves a ton to be desired.If you have any issues they won’t fix them or do anything, guess that Hilton guarantee doesn’t apply to this property. HSK will knock on your door or call you early in the morning every day regardless of DND sign. They have a guarantee that they don’t honor, the GM won’t work with guests or help with anything and the front desk staff during the week is more interested in playing on his phone than doing his job. Avoid this place like the plague

OH...disgusting in the way of a condom wrapper under the mattress. I gave the service 2 stars only because they got me another room right away that was at least usable (although I still didnt sleep in the bed). The whole place smells with the same mold and mildew smell. Im guessing because of the fire a few months ago ( read further down the reviews). Hilton should disassociate themselves with this location. Its not a good look. I would give negative stars if possible.

- NNNancyAug 14, 20251.0Do Not Stay Here! I stayed in the one bedroom suite with the full kitchen for three nights to attend a conference. I was very disappointed. The carpet and couch were very old, dirty, and stained. The kitchen shelves had old food crumbs on the shelving and it did not have a trash can so we had to ask for one. The bathroom was very ratty and worn out. The shower curtain rod previously came out and they rehung it at a lower location so the shower curtain drug the floor by about 8”. When they tried to reinstalled the rod, it broke the tile on both sides of the shower. Now the rod bent down so low that I could look over it and the shower water sprayed on the floor. The tub was old and rusty around the faucets and the drain. The shelf fell out of the closet and the dresser drawers would not stay closed but continually drifted open the entire time. I’m not sure what has happened to the Hilton brand because this hotel is way under par. My friend who came with me and who only stays at Marriotts was surprised at what “Hiltons” look like. I tried to explain to her that this is not the norm. Unfortunately, this hotel gave her a very bad taste for the brand. She commented that it was just slightly above a Motel 8. I’m writing this post so I will remember not to stay here in the future.

One time I had to ask the front desk to clean the elevator. And there was only one working elevator with long halls to get to my room. The room itself was not clean, including the outside of the appliances. Everything was old and ratty. The front desk staff was nice. Did not eat breakfast here, so no comments for that.
