    Convenient location. Hilton properties with the perk of gaining points. Breakfast is good. Rooms are in desperate need of new furniture, new bathroom toilets, and tubs. Im not discouraging anyone from staying here. I always sleep well, it just needs updating. Rooms and bedding seem to always be clean and the staff has always been nice.

    I booked this hotel at the suggestion of a friend. Big mistake. As a hilton honors member, I stay at hiltons everywhere i go. This one was the sketchiest. The room size is great for a family with kids. Everything else was bad. You have to trek all the way down the hall to get to an elevator to go upstairs and then all the way back down the hall to get to our room. It's like the elevator was an afterthought. The kitchen has almost nothing useful that I usually find in a homewood suites. No paper towels, no dish rags...etc. it had spoons and knives but no forks. Dishwasher but no soap. Drawer doesn't even open because it hits the dish washer. 2 very tiny trash cans so basically no where to put trash for a family. The broken plastic divider on the carpet seam caught my bare foot, glad it didn't cut me. The bathroom is the worst. Mold all around the tub, wall paper peeling,.... and then.... the biggest roach I've seen outside a zoo came crawling out in the bathroom. I'm glad my wife wasn't around to see it. The location is really crowded and awkward to get to, sharing a parking lot with fast food joints. The front desk was really helpful and friendly from the start when I asked for an early check in. They said no problem and let us in a few hours early. Now I figure I know why. I can't believe hilton is operating this way. **update** the hotel manager didn't like that i posted a negative review so they charged me a bogus $50 charge. A case with hilton is pending. We'll see if they value my business or not. *update 12-11-25- hilton refunded my $50. Maybe they'll disassociate from this hotel...

    not good, service leaves a ton to be desired.If you have any issues they won’t fix them or do anything, guess that Hilton guarantee doesn’t apply to this property. HSK will knock on your door or call you early in the morning every day regardless of DND sign. They have a guarantee that they don’t honor, the GM won’t work with guests or help with anything and the front desk staff during the week is more interested in playing on his phone than doing his job. Avoid this place like the plague

    Had to get a second room..why? Because the first one was moldy/mildew smelling, the ceiling and walls were cracking and peeling away and the place was disgusting. OH...disgusting in the way of a condom wrapper under the mattress. I gave the service 2 stars only because they got me another room right away that was at least usable (although I still didnt sleep in the bed). The whole place smells with the same mold and mildew smell. Im guessing because of the fire a few months ago ( read further down the reviews). Hilton should disassociate themselves with this location. Its not a good look. I would give negative stars if possible.
