    You’re better off saving your money and staying at motel 6. Does not live up to the quality and experience that I expect from a Hilton property. When you walk in, you’re hit with a nursing home smell. Then when you get to your room, it smells like a room that’s been converted from a smoking room, but you can definitely tell that it used to be a smoking room. So many different unpleasant scents. Shower and toilet were not well maintained with large stains and corrosion/residue. When I did my bedbug check, the mattress was very stained thankfully not with blood, but that mattress definitely needs replaced…… I didn’t find any bedbugs thank goodness, but I would not have been shocked if I did I spent way more time checking than I normally would’ve checked. I booked this hotel for a work trip without checking the reviews which was a mistake.

    The aiir conditioning didn't work. There was a huge dead cockroach in the living room. I had heartburn at about two in the morning and there was very little in the lobby to help me. Even the night clerk apologized for the lack of remedies to help. He said management hadn't kept up on stocking. We were on the ground floor and I could hear noises coming from above and next door which woke me up. The jets in the hot tub did not work and the temperature was around 70 in the water. The door to the hallway was very hard to shut.

    We hosted a multi day corporate summit at this property in January, and I want to specifically acknowledge Selina and the hotel team for their support throughout our stay. From guest accommodations to responsiveness during the event, Selina was attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in ensuring our attendees were comfortable and well taken care of. One of our guests experienced a room issue early on, and the situation was addressed promptly and thoughtfully, with no further concerns during the remainder of the stay. Our guests were happy overall, which is always the true measure of success for an event like this. Coordinating travel and lodging for a large group can be complex, and the communication and follow through from the hotel made reconciliation and post event wrap up much smoother. I truly appreciated the level of care and professionalism shown before, during, and after our summit. Thank you to Selina and the team for helping make our event a success.

    Not the best Homewood suites I have stayed in. Had a couple problems but management addressed them the same day. Good location for my needs. Got worse as the week went on. Only 1 day of room service. Smells like weed in the hallways. And last night a big roach in the room. Never here again.

    Thank you Homewood Suites Staff for all your help through this horrible snowstorm. I had 6 canceled flights & this was the only hotel I could find with availability! They allowed me to use the conference room to take meetings, secure late check-out and they were super friendly keeping us safe & fed through the storm. Can’t thank y’all enough.
