- MVMrs VDec 29, 20254.0Beds were somewhat comfortable, more on the harder side. Room was big for double bed, but walls were thinner that what I wanted. On the first night, we could hear the neighbor talking loudly after midnight, so my husband walked out, thinking it was in the hallway. When he slammed the door, they got quiet. Breakfast was the same each day and although it was good, the staff served your portions. Not a problem but I wasted food because it was too much. I like to serve my own lol Individual cereal boxes were set out, one of each (I like to take 2 since they are small, but couldn't), and dry oatmeal was set out in a bowl with the hot water next to it and all I could think of was someone coughing or sneezing on it. Hot water on the coffee bar was not hot at all when I wanted tea in the evening. Overall, breakfast area was subpar and after the second day, I was ready to eat at Ihop lol Housekeeping was sweet (so was kitchen staff, don't get me wrong). Front desk told us there were no room on last floor, as I had requested until I complained about that (I'm a light sleeper and can hear everything on the floor above) but then another gentleman arrived after us and was immediately put on the same floor (she informed him of where she was putting him). Even with some negative points, I'd stay again. Felt safe and parking in back was well lit. :)

My experience was great. The hotel was super clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Check in was smooth and the breakfast was tasty.
