- DJDahleesia JohnsonDec 7, 20253.0We were greeted plesantly by Ms. Barbara and given complimentary water. She allowed late check out which was beneficial because we were here for s tournament. The room was nice upon first appearance it had a refrigerator, microwave and two queen beds. The remote control only went down it would not go up. The alarm continued to beep and Ms. Barbara came and took the battery out but it was not replaced. The air conditioning system made loud noises for about 4 minutes then returned to normal for a few minutes and the cycle continued. The service from Maria during breakfast was amazing! She was kind and attentive to the needs of my family and spoke to all of us. She made sure everything was refreshed. She definitely made the experience. When I went to share my concern with Brandon he was attentive as well and gave me the card and email address to share my concern. If the room had been better I would have returned. Perhaps it was just the room I received.
