We had a two night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Lewisville and we really enjoyed our visit.
The hotel was under a renovation when we arrived but the employees told us the hours that the work would be done and apologized for any noise or inconvenience this may have caused. I wasn't concerned because these type of issues do happen from time to time. When we got to our room on the sixth floor we were happy to see the whole floor was already updated and WOW it was so beautiful and very updated. The room was extremely clean and you could tell that housekeeping take great pride in their work. We have been to a great deal of hotels and condos throughout the United States and we were happy with our stay and the location was very convenient for all the things we had planned for the short stay.
I also really liked the art work in our room. I looked everywhere to see where I could purchase the art but unfortunately came up with nothing so the search will continue.
I hope management will let all their employees know how much we appreciate the hard work they did and we plan to come back again and excited to see what it looks like once its finished.

No one told me before booking that this hotel was under remodeling and that there wouldn’t be a front entrance. Had to find my way in through the side. Not only that but they cut the water the following day I’m here. I tried reaching out via the chat on the app but no one ever replied even though they sent me messages every morning to see how I’m doing.

The room cleaning service only made the bed and replaced towels. The gym equipment is all broken, and they charged me for breakfast that I did not eat, then instead of removing the charge, applied “meal credits”. Initially they applied $20 in credits for $37 worth of charges. They finally added $20 more to cover the expense.

I want to start by saying that the staff and cleaning crew did an excellent job, very friendly and this was one of the cleanest places I've stayed at. However I can't give it more than 2 stars because the mattress was horribly uncomfortable, the bathroom was incredibly small, the water pressure and temperature in the shower was probably the worst. The water went from ice cold to burning hot constantly, there was no way to find and set it at a good temperature and the pressure was very low. Another thing that was disappointing was breakfast was not included which was surprising since almost every hotel will give you free breakfast. I wouldn't mind paying but the food was bad quality too, $20 a person without a drink and bad quality? Not what I expected during my stay here..
