I want to start by saying that the staff and cleaning crew did an excellent job, very friendly and this was one of the cleanest places I've stayed at. However I can't give it more than 2 stars because the mattress was horribly uncomfortable, the bathroom was incredibly small, the water pressure and temperature in the shower was probably the worst. The water went from ice cold to burning hot constantly, there was no way to find and set it at a good temperature and the pressure was very low. Another thing that was disappointing was breakfast was not included which was surprising since almost every hotel will give you free breakfast. I wouldn't mind paying but the food was bad quality too, $20 a person without a drink and bad quality? Not what I expected during my stay here..

I spent a week there. My company set up and paid the bill, but i had to add a card for incidentals, and my person card was instead charged, but the next morning it was taken care of. The Televisions channels would also randomly go out the entire time, overall its a nice hotel

I always have a good experience at this place. They were closing floors for a renovation. I can't wait to see the new facility.

Rooms were decent other than toilets did not flush well at all Huge cockroaches of water bugs in the elevator and in sinks in the room Breakfast was no good eggs were watery , bacon was horrible sausage was plant based Cook used his hands to rip apart waffles added bacon and strawberries to plate barehanded As he was to big to fit in cooking space With sweat dripping off his head onto plates When you ask for something they were out of it for dinner or breakfast.. Drinks for fifteen dollars a shot Of all places in texas there is no waffle iron for the guest Waffle, wait time was 15 minutes per guest, per cook!! I stated this to the assistant general manager there. He said he's sorry hope everything else was good I deleted the photos I had.I will look for them because I did send them to family and I will post them Just keep a eye on it you will see! And they do not do room service every day. They do it every other day. So you are left with dirty linen.

This is the email I sent to the hotel manager on 11/2/25. It is now 11/8/25 and I have yet to receive a response from him. I sent an email to the address on his business card that was provided to me by the employee at the front desk. “Good Morning, Mr. Perez. My name is John Carter. Last night (11/1/25) my wife and I stayed at your hotel. Prior to our arrival we received a call from the young lady at the front desk to let us know that our room with the whirlpool was not available and that she would need to assign us a different room. That was not a big deal for us. She was apologetic and told us she would upgrade us at no additional charge. Upon arrival we were assigned to room 423. It was not an upgrade aside from some candy and drinks provided. After ordering some delivery we ate and went to bed. The mattress was hard as a rock and the pillows were so mushy we could barely elevate our heads. It was a terrible night’s sleep for both of us. We had planned to sleep in before making our way to Galveston. Unfortunately, we both got up around 7:00 AM due to being so uncomfortable in bed. We decided to shower and hit the road. That’s when we noticed the tub was still dirty. So, we decided to skip the morning shower and clean up at the next hotel in Galveston. While taking our perishable food out of the refrigerator to pack it in our cooler, I noticed the refrigerator was turned “off.” All our food was ruined. I did turn on the refrigerator for the next guest in that room though. In conclusion, we will not likely stay at your hotel again since this is day one of our vacation and we’re now sore and exhausted.”
