    We have stayed here so many times I can't even count and no matter the time in between, the staff, the experience, and the environment are always so inviting to say the very least. Cindy, James, and Shanika all have gone above and beyond with every stay. Thank you to y'all for always making the adventure so much more than we expect!

    The reception was rude to say the least!!! He hollered at me and was very hostile!!! The key card maker wasn’t working All weekend! They had to escort each person to our rooms!! I booked 5 rooms.

    I hate to post a review AGAINST the employees working at this location as the BAD review reason is against Hilton. The hotel room was fine. HOWEVER - something in their “system” had been upgraded and whoever preformed the upgrade FORGOT to upgrade the room key system. I checked in digitally and could not use that key to enter the room. NOR could the person at the front desk issue me a key. That person had to physically go to the room with me to let me into my room! Not having a room key is very inconvenient! There is NO REASON this should have happened! As stated earlier, this is NOT about the person at the check in desk! It is totally against the people “upgrading” the system with Hilton! And, on top of this inconvenience we were not offered any sort of compensation! Very poor on Hilton’s behalf!!!!!

    One night in two rooms - 600 and 601. Everything in the rooms was very clean and fresh. Breakfast was good, and well stocked. Employees, especially Shakina who helped me finalize the reservations, were polite and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.
