  Clean rooms and good breakfast. They did have hot water issues at the time of this visit.

  Alicia was the person greeting us when we arrived the night of 2/10/26. She was lovely and despite over-estimating the quality of breakfast (very disappointing) she was great! The beds are too high, the HVAC was difficult, the faucets are misplaced in the bathroom too far from the sink. Room was clean and the hotel quiet except for the noise in the bathroom. There were some other issues as well but the most annoying part was not having something besides the duvet on the bed. The duvet was too warm and there was no blanket and it was too late to request something. Staff person we shared this with on check out was pleasant but too corporate.

  The only reason my family stays there is because of Shakina. She is the Front Desk Manager and she treats my family like royalty and every guest that comes in. The maid staff is also very polite and helpful. This is why the five stars. The only down side is one host named Cindy. She is rarely at the front desk and I see people waiting for her constantly. When she is there she is constantly on her phone and every once in a while see her talking, laughing and pointing at guest with Tania. She has continously made me and my family uncomfortable whenever she is on shift.

  The person at the front desk was very personable and accommodating. I requested extra pillows and got them promptly. The hotel is very easy access from HWY 121 and also I35E. There was ample parking and far enough away from both major highways to have a quiet nights sleep on their very comfortable bed. The rooms are well-appointed and a nice size. We enjoyed having the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee in the room. Their breakfast was very good as well.
